On 28 April 2026, Louise Lane presented to the NSW Clubs Compliance Network on AML/CTF obligations for clubs under the updated framework. The presentation covered the key changes to risk management introduced by the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Amendment Act 2024 and the AML/CTF Rules 2025, and what clubs need to do to ensure their Programs are fit for purpose under the new regime from a risk perspective.
