AUSTRAC requires that reporting entities have their Program independently and regularly reviewed. How this is done will depend upon your business' size, nature and complexity. 


Generally, it is recommended that you look at obtaining an independent review at least once every two years.


Lane Consulting & Advisory can assist with your independent review provided it was not involved in any part of developing your program, including assessing your money laundering/terrorism financing risk, developing controls or implementing or maintaining the program.

 

The duration of an engagement with Lane Consulting & Advisory varies depending on the complexity of the project. We work with clients on both short-term and long-term projects.

The cost of our services is tailored to the time taken on providing you with support / deliverables. We seek to be open and transparent with our clients on cost, are lean so can be cost-effective, and will work with you on what works with your budget. Lane Consulting & Advisory will also work with clients on retainer, if preferred.
